Friendly and welcoming staff who made us feel at home. Clean rooms with nice bathrooms. Amazing balcony view and the cherry tree outside was a delightful surprise.
The staff did not apologize or provide an explanation for the inconvenience, which left us disappointed.

I had an incredible stay at a hotel in Medjugorje. The cleanliness was top-notch, with well-maintained rooms and bathrooms. The hotel facilities were great, especially the balcony with its stunning views. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the church. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, even offering to drive us to the bus station.

Celebrating New Year's Eve at this accommodation was a blast! the rooms were pristine and cozy, perfect for a pleasant stay. We loved that there was a pool included in the facilities, and the staff was friendly and welcoming whenever we needed anything. Plus, the location was ideal, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and easy access to restaurants and local shops.
It was an inconvenience, but the staff didn't explain the situation or apologize for the inconvenience.
